Is there a way to reset the unlocked/available heroes?

I recently started playing again and it seems like all but two characters are unlocked and I want to start from scratch. I tried deleting my saved data but that doesnt do anything.

Sure! You have to 1: disable Steam Cloud save, and 2: delete UserProfile.pfl in your save folder (or the whole folder just to be safe)

But yeah, don't forget disable Cloud save first. You can re-enable it after you delete the save files and open the game.
