In bottom right corner of the attached screenshot you can see Zed, emptyhanded, playing "I have a huge gun" idle animation.
In top center you can see that gun, flying far away from Zed, repeating all her small movements
UPD: met the issue again, for the same combination Zed + Fire Spear
