I think I'm on Floor 3 and I cannot get past the last zone because the crystal bot will not open the door. When trying to open the door to get the bot to automatically go there, it goes the completely opposite direction.

In the linked clip, I try to first get the bot to follow me to the door and then try  open the door, but it hugs a wall and avoids the door.

Then I walked it back to it's rest point. In the second part of the clip, I try to open the door, teleport back, and then the crystal bot moves to the nearest edge and won't go anywhere.
