Male and Female Leader (where gender is relevant) for Factions

But gender isn't relevant in horatio society, just Horatio. 

Also I can't really think of any of the factions that could have a disposable leader type (outside of Riftborn maybe, but they could technically just be considered genderless), i mean Zelevas is the Emperor of the UE so it makes sense for him, Isyara is the Hierarch of the Vodyani's Church, Ilona is first of the bloodline for the vaulters, etc etc. I don't think the roles these leading figures fill could be easily matched without someone else taking the same title, but then you're hitting the lore or whatever. I suppose you'd need to explain it more to me.
