Hello

me and few friends would very much like to make a video for youtube about Endless Space, discussing what it is and how it plays etc and it will vbe designed for people who may or may not wish to purchase the game but would like to some game play footage first.

are myself and my friends ok to use Endless Space as we would prefer to get permission to use it before we record

Yes, you are allowed. It is a public alpha so there are no restrictions on what you show as long as they are not for personal gain. I think the devs would be very happy if you were to produce a video to help boost the game

Only to make it a bit more official: There's no nondisclosure agreement for players of the alpha.

You're free to share videos and screenshots of the game as much as you like. Amplitude rather seems glad for the publicity you provide that way.
