The above link is the tutorial I've been using to try to mod Endless Space: Disharmony.  All I am trying to do is make it so FIDS and Approval are easier for me. I followed the instructions for mods in general (ex: installing) then followed the instuctions for  making a faction trait. I believe I followed the instructions but the game - both vanilla and DLC - won't acknowledge the mod. If it helps any, I have installed Endless Space on an external harddrive.
