Hello everyone. I am currently paying a game and doing well but although I have a positive income of 176 per turn my reserves are going down at the start ofv each new turn, by over 1000! Does anyone have any ideas why? There are no notifications, I can't find any spies. Any suggestions appreciated,  thank you. 

To most possible reason is that you are building emblematic units from other cultures. There you have to pay a tribute upon construction.
