Religious districts have now nice adjacent bonus, but I still don’t place it near districts. The reason? Because it doesn’t exploit any tales around, so that means you just ending any exploitation in that area. So i think, or the adjacency bonus shall be higher, or they shall exploit nearby tiles

Depending on the type of game. There is a huge bonus in placing them near districts. First of all the +2 faith is good if you want to build your religion. Second I find the other bonuses best utilized if placed next to a market or research quarter.
