Movement bug?

While playing the first scenario I had a moment where my scout unit couldn't move onto the tile in front of it, even though it was on the same level. It had to move to a nearby tile before moving forward. Has anyone else experienced this?

I've seen something similar to this in other situations. It might be that you can't walk past an enemy unit. Can you try waiting a turn for the mammoth to leave and see if that fixes it?

I had this kind of bug here : it was impossible to reach the village. When the cursor was other this tile, it was described as a mountain with infinite movement cost.

2nd  bug on the top left, there is a white triangle. What's that?

This is actually because mammoth's zone of control (ZoC) is in effect. Moving directly from one ZoC tile from another Zoc tile of the same unit will consume all the movement points. So the path in the screenshot is not straight.

Ah that makes sense. Thank you!

Could you give us the zoomed-out position of this "fake mountain" tile? The OpenDev maps have been hand-crafted, this looks like a human error that slipped through out internal tests.

Looks like a mountain range down south from Vinicunca natural wonder up there.

You gave the explanation here : https://www.games2gether.com/amplitude-studios/humankind/forums/171-bug-reports/threads/36564-mountain-curiosity?page=1#post-299602

And Salterius in its last message found the spot. Good job!

@Oriolie Do you know why there is a white triangle appearing (like in the picture I posted in this thread). I saw it a couple of times the first day I played. Since, I didn't noticed it. Thank you!

Unfortunately, I don't know what this triangle is, I'll ask around.

@Oriolie I was able to reproduce the bug, but I'm not sure how. I fought a pair of deer, one at the bottom of a cliff, one up with me. I killed the first then stood next to the cliff. When I did so an arrow appeared pointing from the deer below me to me. I then tried to run around to the bottom of the cliff to fight the deer, but the combat ended. The wounded deer ran away to a near by tile I think. The triangle persisted after combat but disappeared on reloading. I was unable to reproduce the bug a second time as when I loaded the deer ran away and I couldn't fight that same combat again.
