Can't start 2nd scenario BUG

As soon as I try to start the "Beneath our hooves" scenario an empty ExceptionPopup appears and the scenario can not be startet.

I have the same issue, happens with both scenarios after the latest patch

Another one for this. It said I had already seen a Tutorial and if I wanted to reset Tutorials and launch or not. I picked the launch without resetting(the right hand option)

Clearing the Steam download cache seems to have fixed whatever was going on.

Could you maybe briefly explain as to why this helped / what was wrong in the first place? :)
