The UI highlights the box that you select.

The bug is that when you select the first group a box highlights as a long verticle box stretching down to the bottom of the display, instead of just highlighting the small rectangle that you clicked on. This works as expected for the 2nd and 3rd boxes just not the 1st.

It is a known issue since the first OpenDev in July/August. It is tied to the tutorial layer, added above the general UI.

I've noticed it as well on the map, for some ransacking tutorial/information's tooltip.
