There seems to be a bug with the Pious strength facet for AI Avatars. It's supposed to give them 1 Faith on districts, but in my game it seems to be giving them 1 Faith on districts AND exploitations! It's so broken this one AI takes over the whole map with his religion before the game is even half over. Unless there's something else that gives that bonus,  which I dont think there is...
