I am able to skip to skip techs, for example:

I was able to research Flintlock without researching any previous military techs like the Saltpeter tech or Siege cannon tech.

This was not exclusive to the Flintlock tech

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter Early modern Era

2. Click on Flintlock tech

3. Let it research itself without needing previous techs

Reproducibility: 5/5

Expected Behavior: I should need to research previous techs before being able to advance in the tech tree.

Notes: I will test this more and if I won't be able to reproduce this in any of my next games then I will update this thread.
