I think the „Emblematic Quarter“ of the „American Culture“ does not give an attack bonus on airplains or artillery bombarding. I tested this by building the american fighter jet attacking an enemy, than building a few „Emblematics“ and attacking again, I did this with a friend so there can`t be another factor. Please let me know if I`m missing something, if not please fix this the „Americans“ are already weak enough. Thank you dear Humankind-Team!
