I am asked to login at least 2 times

once on the amplitude mainsite, which also opens the forums

and once for the subsite endlessspace.com... the 2d login doesn't work under ie...

And yes, I agree, it is confusing, I should be able to log in once and for all (Amplitude+endlessspace+forums...)

No news about my 15 sec loading time ? I tried to change to hybrid or threaded view. No change. I tried to prevent FF from loading images. No change. I tried to connect with my laptop (vista) and 15 sec are needed to load a page. It's a shame that I can connect in less than 3 sec with a very very very crappy connection at work (and crappy computers).

I still try some things, but it seems I'll be stuck with that looooong loading time T_T

we are looking into, but so far the answers from our web partner did not help much. yet I have a feeling that it is a bit faster now. Vieuxchat is it still the same for you?

the strange thing is our servers are at peak times only at 50% load CPU and bandwidth.

yet the main site seems fast when the forums seems slow at times... if you know an expert in the area, he is most welcome smiley: smile

I'm posting from work with Win XP and IE and it's fast. I'll try from home this evening.

I browsed the former links I've posted here and read them carefully. It seems I lose a lot of time because there's some "blocking" when queries are made. I tried to change some options from my modem but it didn't seem to change anything.

Anyway, thanks for your reply. It's good to know you take cxare of that ^___^

Thread-necro here. I'm also noticing a significant lag while browsing through the forums. 15 Mbps connection, Chrome Browser on Windows 7. Other forums work fine but there is a definite delay to threads and the such loading for me. Not sure why. smiley: frown

The forums are really slow for me. I'd like to know if I'm the only one and if I could do something about it (there's so much options in the forums I may have missed some important one like "load forums pages in less than 5 seconds")

+1

Now that is very annoying! Having to log in each time your session runs out, tedious at best and a pain at worst. Please fix it!
