The game is loaded, but refuses to start. 3 years ago

So this is my first question on this site of this type, and I'm not sure if this question is better for Steam or here...

I have previously played the game on my old terminal, and recently upgraded to a new computer. Naturally, I was forced to reload Endless Space 2 and Endless Legend via steam, but upon doing so I found I cannot run either of them despite having successfully loaded them from steam. 

Does anyone have ANY inkling what's wrong? I don't have the foggiest idea, so I wasn't sure if it's something about the game files, steam, or something about my computer that is the matter.

To clarify, previously I operated on a hard drive. My new PC is running the game from an SSD.

The new model is superior in every possible respect from my previous terminal.

Mac-game crashes talking to pirates 3 years ago

I started turning on DLCs after learning how the game works overall. I clicked on pirates to try and negotiate, and it gives me the spinning wheel of death then freezes my computer a bit then crashes. It has happened twice. I am installing this mono framework that was in the game files that a 2 year old post said to do, but not sure if it will work and it is taking a while to install. I am on the newest update of the MACos.

We have all of 8 Unique Planet in base game: Auriga, Bilgeli, Kyros, Sahar, Teonha, Tor, Veil, Sykagoja.

Can dev enable more Unique Planet of Galaxy Generator? I want all Unique Planet on Exceptional size.

Hello,

I'm new to the game and today I suddenly got a problem... Idk how or why but a new malus appeared in every system I own on my game... Despite my efforts I couldn't be able to find the solution on internet... The malus is entitled "- X food from food to population" (see the image in the link , sorry the uploads were failing..)

I guess it's a dummy question but now all of my population just run away and that's bad when you're in a middle of a war :D, so where it come from and how can I get rid of it please?

Ground battle changes 3 years ago

The ground battles used to be quite large and took up the entire z axis or depth off the battlefield however in the current version of the game they shrunk this and I don't know why, no matter how large my or my opponents forces they only take up a small portion of the lower half of the field, I've been trying to mod this myself and have had no luck with ground formations xml's or simulation descriptors, if anyone knows how I can make infantry and the like use the whole field I would really appreciate it.

Can't redeem extra games2gether exclusive DLC for Endless Space 2 3 years ago

 I've been interested in the additional content provided by Games2Gether and decided to create an account and get my rewards. Problems started to arise soon after. On my main profile, under steam connect, it constantly asks me to link my Steam account, doing so will cause it to redirect into the Steam login, I accept the terms and move on, it redirects to the Account Settings page after a few seconds only to then return to my main profile, with the same "Link My Steam account".
 I have linked my account however, in the settings my steam account appears to be linked and I have claimed my rewards yet whenever I open the game they do not appear so (Only have the Steam icon that only sends me to the Store Front-page whenever I click them).
 My rewards (Sophons Hero, Minor Faction and Community Challenges) also appear to be claimed in the site despite that not being the case.
 
 So now I'm in doubt. Is my Steam account linked? Or is the site bugged? Or is Steam bugged?

 Addendum: I am using Brave Browser, I do not know if that interferes with this site.
                     This accounts email and my steam email are different (Although I doubt that is the issue)

I am unable to redeem the free game for some odd reason. When I redeem it, the page redirects to a 404 ERROR page. Any ideas what to do next?
