I stumbled across this indie game, currently in alpha state, with a refreshing concept:

Against the wall.

You can play the free demo here. Game is also on steam greenlight.

Really amusing game, I wanted to share with you guys.

So what do you do in game? I can't see an overview anywhere.

Against the Wall is a first-person platforming-adventure game set on the side of an infinite wall.

Basically it looks like you're climbing up an endlessly dynamically generated wall with all sorts of odd architecture and small puzzles. Kind of a portal feel, sans murder AI. lol

It looks like it is a very early concept alpha - in other words, there is plenty of opportunity to get heard and help shape the game.

Just completed the alpha - Was a fun ride. smiley: smile

Hm, it kinda reminds me of Mirror's Edge. Although, I doubt it has the same kind of gameplay...I'll give it a look at.

It really isn't - You'll be standing on a platform, planning your way up the wall by looking at the pieces of wall that can be pulled out. Some are larger than others, some have special traits (Like retreating into the wall when touched, or having a timer). Not really parkour as much as making a path.

It's much more similar to Antichamber if anything.
