CK 2 and EU IV have more or less 1000h together, a friend has nearly 1000h in CK2 alone(but he is student and studies history, so he has much freetime)
And yes, it is not that it is a very similar game. So there shouldn´t be a problem.

They're well, well, well worth learning. I have more time in to EUIV than Civ V. It's a much better game, IMHO.
Also - Not Paradox. They're just publishing this game.

Yeah the learning curve is a bit long but once you understand it all you can have much fun fooling around in the world history.

Maybe it is a more rational and cheaper decision to simply ignore the Plagiarism. But this is just unjust The game logo and title are almost the same. I hope Amp will somehow react to this and show character.
