Sanitary Pod's unlock condition asks the player to beat the game without pausing... except I keep getting the eventual inventory bug where I'm unable to swap or sell an item. "Save and Quit" and reloading the game helps, but I need to hit the Esc button in order to get there. I also realize that the game clearly shows "Game Paused" at the bottom of the screen when you hit escape, but then I wonder who is able to actually unlock the sanitary pod, given that the inventory bug is widespread (is there anyone not affected by it??)

Nope, You can sit in the menu or save and exit and resume another time and still get the unlock
