Dungeon of the ENDLESS™ is a Rogue-Like Dungeon-Defense hybrid game, in which your team of heroes must protect the generator of their crashed ship while finding their way out!
I have the Founder's Pack through steam and I finished my last game without my crystal ever taking damage and it even said Refreezerator unlocked but I don't see a Refreezerator Pod.
We are aware of this issue and we are working on it.
If you have the Founder Pack for Dungeon of the Endless, you unlock the Library pod and other content which are listed here.
In order to unlock the Refreezerator, you need the Emperor pack of Endless Legend. All the details are here. (But as I said there a known issue and we are working on it.)
