I can't build any major modules on floor 12 also the gold I get is rediculusly low so I have tons of unpowerd rooms and weak heroes defending them is it supposed to be like that?
This can happen on floor 12. Module slots and Dust are scarce. You should try to have enough Industry and Food from previous floors. The Dust can be a problem. Best thing is to hope you get lucky and find the exit quickly
Hanging onto some extra items in your inventory to vendor to a merchant can also be helpful on the off chance you get lucky enough to find a merchant that deals in dust, you can vendor them for enough dust to activate a half dozen rooms or so.
If i understood right when u say floor 12 u mean floor 12 from drill pod? becuase in other pods floor 12 is just exit so u can play only 11 floors actually.
