Is there a way to decrypt everything the heroes say in the game, or does someone has the full list of lines? I need then to explore characters better and i will be very grateful for someone to post a solution.

and open the file (wordpad is a good way to open it)

Use the Find/Search function to locate the heroes, using the hero ID codes H0001 to H0024. Though you only need to search for H0001 (Max O'Kane) and can read on from there since they will be in order. Mind you, after the 24th hero the spoilers start as you'll find the texts for the elevator stories.
