Not sure if anybody would know this, but I was wondering about the wording on the Passive Skill Nyctophilia.

The description reads:

Nyctophilia

(Heroes in room) Speed +5 in unpowered rooms.

(Monsters in room) Dust loot probability from monsters +5%

Nothing in the dark is scarier than you are.

Now my question is, does the Dust loot probability bonus apply in all rooms, as the wording suggests, or only in unpowered rooms, as the skill name and flavor text would imply? The Hero speed bonus explicitly states only in unpowered rooms, but the Dust bonus just says, "room."

All rooms, whether powered or not.
