Sometimes I have loads of resources and well equipped heroes, but loose one of them because clicked heal not fast enough.

I think it makes sense to allow player to automatically heal almost dead hero, but with much higher heal cost (about 25-30 food instead of 5).

Hmm I don't know, I guess it sounds balanced, but I never really had this problem really, I would like to see a better visual warning of low health, but auto heal should be an option, not a forced feature.
