Now that EL is out and getting rave reviews and hopefully (I think so) picking up speed on sales - have you guys considered couch coop for DotE? I think it is the perfect addition to this genre as you are aiming for using xbox controls and having 2 players on screen at same time on same computer would be really cool and something many would buy into. (The couch coop market is growing and there are even site like cooptimus etc that focus purely on the coop market.)
