This happened when I got a blue screen of death during the game.

Don't get me wrong, I had all the characters and pods open. I've lost everything.

I played 136 hours and lost everything. The problem is that even if I reopen everything, what guarantees are there that progress will not disappear again. How to avoid this?

Almost the same thing has randomly happened to me. I still have all the heroes, but every pod unlock AND the photo album are reset to zero. I don't know why this happened but I'm extremely upset.
