Yup, people have this problem for almost 2 days now so it is unlikely to change, developers advise to try again every couple hours.

I'm having the same issue, Just realized there was a tiny pop up that appeared on the bottom left corner that said they were "out of stock" which I don't understand because I don't know how you run out of a digital copy of a game.

at some point they decided to (or honestly) ran out of keys. this might be because of Sega not giving them enough, but I would like some transparency and communication on this issue. They advertised giving this game for free, got us to create accounts, link them to steam, and now have us all hanging!!! this just ain cool amplitude, I will have to delete my account soon
