Player disappearing after completing a floor

Hey all,



Having an issue with my friend's player disappearing from the game after completing a floor.



Any one else experience this?

Yes I have experienced this when playing with a friend in Holland who had a lot of lag to me. I think it can be a sync issue or possibly that the lag is allowing me to start the next level before his client realizes that the last one has ended. Hopefully the improved MP performance in version 1.0 will fix some of this.

Silly question, but are you making sure everyone is at the exit room before proceeding? Heroes that are not in the exit room when you "Click to exit" will not proceed to the next floor.

since when? in the past they dont need to be in the same room.

i was playing online with a few people and eveyone was in the room to go to the next floor, and apon moving on eveyone but, the person holding the core was left behind. smiley: confused

Yeah. I was playing online with some friends and this happened two times in a row. I think this and the other bugs that came with the lauch gonna get fixed in some sort of patch.

i think ipsum is right. all the players have to be in the exit room or they get abandoned.



this was actually hinted at in the 1.0 release notes:



*Improved exit button to finish the floor (and potentially abandon heroes!)

smiley: alder the fetcher was to make it so everyone needed to be in the exit room to keep everyone but the bug makes it so people can't continue forward without holding the core. smiley: aldersmiley: warning
