i was just about to make my own bug report about this but seen you had already made one 4 months ago iv fought shell head 3 times in last 2-3 days but this run was only run to bug on my i think it might of been because he went down as he belly flopped onto the crystal bot and my self cause we both had slow perks so couldent dodge it and i noticed that the black screen for me dident pop up tell i tried to teleport to the crystal bot but also every one proceeded to die from a heavy dot damage after the screen went black almost like i fell through the map and being outside the map cause the characters i was running to die over time i do have a clip of the fight happening but i dident see a spot to upload it.

Was in the Shelldiver fight, as the ability to final drill characters became frozen, unable to move but still shoot.
Enemies kept spawning but the boss was just laying on the ground, and the drill button didn't do anything.
Eventually main screen went black, kept the UI and the Map though which was weird, had to give up in order to do anything.
