When fighting the final phase of the core boss fight the player who is not the host does not see the telegraphed attacks by the boss and the boss appears to float and move around while doing nothing else.

You can see how the boss just floats around and my character (motherofzerg) gets hit by an attack that the client (AbeClancy) does not even see
