Step by step of the bug

Start a game as comrade
Step 2
get crit chance bonus or attack speed bonus
Step 3
Look at the crit chance on the gattling gun and by how much it changes

I didn't get a chance to test it on other weapons. But what I can say with certainty is that comrade's crit change on the gattling gun doesn't seem to be calculated properly.
