I'm having the same problem

Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Start a fresh new game (frist time launching)
Step 2
play and finish tutorial
Step 3
wait for loadingcreen to load next level/map aka The Saloon
Step 4
OR
Step 5
after freeze and closing game with strg+alt+del
Step 6
start game normaly
Step 7
in main menu -> Click "Go to Saloon"
Step 8
wait for loadingcreen to load next level/map aka The Saloon

I was able to play the tutorial without any problem. after finishing the tutorial, the loading screen to get the first time into the saloon apears. so far everything is normaly...
then at 99% loading progress .. it stops. background music keeps playing, but game WILL NOT load into the saloon for further gameing progress.
ALT-F4 does not work. I had to use str+alt+del and stop the game in the taskmenu.
then after starting it again, i got into the main menue without any trouble .. clicked on starting a game (go to the saloon)
still same problem. load until 99% and then no progress and stuck on loading screen, background music still playing.
i was able to repeat this sevral times. no chance to get into the saloon for further game progress
the game DOES NOT crash .. it is JUST stuck !
