I am unable to join a friend's lobby with an invite. If either of us make a public lobby it will not show up in quick join for the other

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

create lobby public or private

Step 2

invite sent

Step 3

invite joined, says session unavailable

Step 4

when looking in same region for a created public lobby, it will not show up under available sessions
