Step by step of the bug
Step 1
Started playing the game in single player, got through the tutorial without issue.
Step 2
Played one run after tutorial in Single Player, it was in this run that I first killed Mitosis.
Step 3
Payed it no mind thinking that it may have been some smaller issue.
Step 4
Played Multiplayer with friends, I was the host.
Step 5
We stopped playing partway after our first run, and later that night joined a different multiplayer.
Step 6
Won the game that night as a player, not as a host, and played many more runs after that point.
Step 7
At no point did the Mitosis enemy show up in my bestiary, despite having been to every zone.

The in game Library is not showing the image, lore, or kill count for the "Mitosis" Blob enemy, despite many of them being slain (likely around the 1000 mark over various runs). It is the only enemy I am missing in the bestiary at this point, and while it doesn't impact gameplay it would be nice for completion sake.
