I can buy the Recipe for the Fassie quest part 2, but the quest isn't completed.
The recipe stay on the ground, like Lore element (i don't know if it disapears when completed)

My guess is i'm not hosting the game. I unlocked previous quest with others heroes while not hosting without any problems.
