This is for the PS5 version, After completing an area when the door closes I became unable to move and could only spin my character around. Teleporting to the Crystal bot didn’t fix it so I was forced to abandon the run

I had the exact same issue on PS5. It actually started at the end of the wave and the door closing.

Step by step of the bug

Step 1

After completing a final wave and entering a new zone

Step 2

Characters are stuck, and teleport to the crystal does not fix the issue.
