I came across a bug that occured on the second part of the Garden quarters. As you know there's often a Lever(?) thing that you have to activate to unlock certain types of doors (appears red on the map), but for this particular run there was none. I was stuck and had to kill myself ingame to get out. All doors of the floor were opened (except that one red door that couldn't be unlocked) and there was no way out. (see the screenshot I took)
