Step by step of the bug

this has happened twice now and only ever happened to me with Endless Dungeon
Upon interacting with a door or button my PC disconnects all my Usb, Hdmi and Display ports and they won't reconnect unless i restart PC
PC stays on the entire time which is weird.
Could be an issue with my PC but since this is the first time I've ever seen my pc do this and only while playing Endless Dungeon i am worried this is a bug
I have no idea how to reproduce this it seems be random from the two times it's happened.
