I experience frequently rollbacks and lag in my games like if I was using a laggy connexion to play online even though I play solo. 

Sometimes the issue disappears itself and comes back again. I have a very decent internet connexion with no lag almost.

The game is installed on an external drive, no other game installed there has issues with that.
