Step by step of the bug
Step 1
finished district 1 and went into the elevator
Step 2
passed the text bubbles and reached the choice screen on where to go next
Step 3
i didnt pressed any button as i was thinking where to go and the game itself played an animation
Step 4
the characters are frozen as if they just arrived to the next district

just finished floor 1, in the elevator to floor 2. and in the choice screen between where to go it played a strange animation of the characters walking and the game is frozen here.
