Small suggestion from my experience of the game

Hi,

First of all I love this game, it's just so much fun.

But while playing I realized that the game was hard and easy at the same time. Let me explain, I feel like if i play the intend way by exploring and building defence the game is slow paced and hard because you have a lot of place to control. 

However if you play in a "rush" way (not doing any defense and just trying to progress as fast as possible) it seems like the game becomes a lot easier. I only had to build some generators , then open as much door as possible during the first wave to get as much ressources as possible and then i just had to build one defense for every door that had to be unlocked. So basically for every wave i was only protecting the crystal.

When playing this way the need of generators and research station is close to none, which i believe is sad when a part of the playful tension comes from the need to protect them. (I will try that specific "rush" way a little bit more to make sure)


Therefore i was wondering if time could be a better factor to produce ressources than juste the door you open? (in order to make sure they stay usefull)

(It's not really a problem but it feels wrong goes really too easy to do)

Also wouldn't it be intersting to let the player use ressources to close doors.
