I played for a good bit earlier today. I unlocked multiple areas, the fourth char, completed the first two parts of Zed's and Shroom's stories as well as the first of Bunker's, and bought many upgrades in the workshop. I saved and exited to the main menu while in the saloon, and then exiting the game from the main menu. Few hours later, I came back to play some more only to find all of that progression was gone. I then went though and played for a bit again, unlocked somethings and then saved and exited again. Exited the game from the menu, started it back up, and the progression I just did, gone.

Just to make sure, did you play co-op in between?
