This happened twice with the same spawner. One or two bugs would spawn and they would be stuck there. They wouldn't attack me, they just stand there in the idle animation.

Sorry for not posting the seed, I didn't know about that until I checked this bug forum, but I think it was the first mission I started after the tutorial.
