Basically, the recipe lore-blip on the ground you purchase from the merchant for one of Fassie's initial quests blocks interaction with the merchant.
I've come across situations a couple of times where lore blips make it difficult or impossible to interact with a turret or other node and it's very annoying.
Even more-so in this situation because I was gonna save up for his other 2-items. I think this would be a simple fix.
