Hello,

I have been unsuccessful getting the game to open past the initial black screen with the loading icon in the bottom right corner. After a few seconds, the game closes itself. Also - I am unable to upload files to comments or threads on this site, so I have created a DropBox link instead.

Included in the DropBox link is:

1. Player.log
2. UserSettings.json
3. DxDiag
4. Crash Dump
5. Diagnostics folder to include Diagnostics and Network

Steps that I have done to try and remedy this on my own:

1. Restart Steam
2. Restart Computer
3. Verify Integrity of Game Files
4. Uninstall/Reinstall
5. Run in compatibility mode

Please let me know what else I can do and thank you for your time in assisting me. At the moment, I am still unable to open the game I purchased.

Just to make sure that that's not an issue on our side, if you zip the dump files it doesn't let you upload them either?

Unfortunately it still gives me an error trying to uploaded the dump file
