When are you going to fix your broken game?

Multiple OBVIOUS game breaking bugs.

Yep, i've been reported a bug that make the game unplayable.

Reach the end of the first zone and game crash.....

Can't play since last patch on PS5.

How can this happen ?

Buy a game and can't play to it. No update for major crash in one week ?

Can't even upgrade my cristal without crash. Crash everywhere. 

Please do something!

After last PS5 patch, i replayed the game.

I enjoy it A LOT, but how can this be playable?

Third time that i abandoned a run because the game crash after ending a zone....

This been more than 2 week now and can't still enjoy the game fully.

I was at core, just before the boss, do you heard that i just want to uninstall after 1 hour run for trophee beeing ruin by a game crash ?

Really disappointed to see a game delivered in this state... Ruin the experience.

Honestly I'm requesting a refund this is a joke, I played tons prior to last patch, not a single issue, post patch I've been plagued with issues, and the bug reporting on this website is absolutely pathetic to only address things quickly when players have to manually come on this site, and either recreate or say they have experienced it is stupid, I've uploaded two YouTube videos with the seed codes in my bug report and I've been told nothing

Quite terrible, in its current state I wouldn't have purchased and already regret my decision.

I'd not mind, but the PS5 isn't exactly a weak system. I'd it's optimisation, then please say you are seeing this and get our problems. Of the PS5 version is struggling to hit 30 at times, with fairly chunky loading too? Something is off. Even the twitch rewards are utterly stupid to get because even after claiming them, it's not claiming them...I'm frustrated. And I'll be honest, really disappointed...

Hey, as already mentioned in the blog, the console players will receive the skins after the patch (there is a hotfix to be done there).
I checked your case, and it seems that you claimed correctly Blaze skin, so you should have it soon.

We are aiming to have the next patch in consoles this week (no date, depending on verification), that should be the latest one we deployed in PC "On The Rocks" and should bring the google for the FPS for gen 9 consoles.
