Not receving "Early adopter bonus"

I preorderd the normal Endless Dungeon eddition and today on release i noticed that i do not have any of the early adopter bonuses.

For example: the "Pioneer Elite Skin Pack" should be unlocked, since i purchased bevor the 26 of october. But in game it just redirects me to the store.
