Trying to transfer save to steamdeck from main pc

So ive been loving the game and wanted to play some on the go game runs pretty well on the steamdeck i see that the game doesn't support steam cloud saves but I found in the settings of the game in network it says remote storage by enabling this you will be able to store saves and player progression online and retrieve them anywhere. But I cant quite figure out how to do this I thought I just needed to link the game2gether account on both pc's but that didnt seem to do the trick. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
