I’ve seen a few posts in different places asking about cross platform and don’t want to beat a dead horse but I am still curious why cross platform coop is not in the plan. I would really enjoy playing with my brother, he has a ps5 I have an Xbox S. Is it a technical issue trying to get the different platforms to talk in multiplayer?

Hey, it is in the plan for the cross-generation!
We are just working on it (Ps4-Ps5 / XboxX - Xbox series / Epic-Steam)
If you are referring to cross-platform (ps-xbox) it is a No. There are several reasons and if it happens it will be in the very long term, so I prefer to say No.
