How do i get the soundtrack downloaded?

I think you have to play it from the game, go to Options and select Last-Wish Edition and it should be there.

I have the Last Wish edition too and both the soundtrack and digital art book are in the options at the main menu

I go to options and "Last-Wish Edition" on my Xbox version simply is not there. I have checked the content area and the skins related to the Last-Wish Edition are there. 

Any other Xbox users having this issue?

Are you doing it from the Main Menu? The menu you start your game from, the in game options are different.

I have phisical day one edition on PS5 and the soundtrack can't be found anywhere. The code gave me access to two DLC, but there is no soundtrack. Amplitude where I can find the soundtrack?

Main Menu - Options - Last-Wish Edition 

There is a toggle between the art book and soundtrack there, both work on PS5 digital

Yes,but i want to download the soundtrack so i can listen to it on my phone.surely they have an option for people to let the download the music digitally on this website if we have the dlc

If not mistaken on Playstation you should have a link directly ingame.
